I have recently bought a 977b12 cam and a JP performance adjustable vernier timing gear and I would like to know what would be the best to adjust the gear to? can anyone help please?

and will the body loom from a ef Fairmont fit into a el xr6 like all the plugs? for the power windows

you will need a dial gauge and degree the cam in to what is shown on the wade spec sheet (ie lift @ TDC etc)

an EF one wont fit, needs to be an EL loom, but if you can find an EL loom, you may need to swap the whole dash loom also, not a hard job if you are willing to pull the dash out.

thanks for the help. so the el wiring loom from a Fairmont or fairlane will connect straight to a el xr6?
