i dont know much about rotors but i do know mine are warped to sh*t, dont really wanna just get them machined cause im guessing they will only do the same thing again. any info on the subject would be awesome!

DBA would be good a choice for disk rotors. Or RDA ive heard is also pretty good.

What pads are you using?

Some pads tend to be harsher than other on the rotors and will warp them quicker.

can anyone maybe recommend better pads that wouldnt warp my standard rotors (as quickly)?

i tend to find bendix ultimate work well with my setup...lots of squeel, but pull up ok even when you work them (as i found recently during my return from the top of mount dandenong)

correct me if i'm wrong...but i think ebc greenstuff are fairly harsh

Yeah i heard that too. Just read not long ago on another forum about the ebc greenstuff pads being hard on the rotors, but have also read on here somewhere that ultimates were harsh aswell.

I still like the EBC products though, good stopping performance, no squeeling or brake dust issues like bendix pads have

just thought id mention im on ebc greenstuff theyve been on over 10,000 with no machining or shuddering so far and it has a good hill run every day
the only thing i noticed is a bit more dust

same was told ultimates are way harsh on rotors. thats why i went bendix c2's
