What would be the best way to fix a noisy clutch fan? When my finances permit I'll be installing twin thermo's but for the time being I'll stick with the clutch fan on my ED.
Would fixing require something as simple as a quick spray with WD-40 or something like that?

has it seized up?

ie: it spins relative to the motors rpm?

if so just wait it out till you get the thermos. 150 or so from a wrecker and like 50 or so for the wiring isnt too big a deal

150???,,i can get a set of el thermos for 60 at my local wrecker,,its a pity your not closer,i have two perfect fan clutches in the shed.

go for thermos much better choice
