My old man thinks he knows alot and is trying to say just a re ring will solve the problem. He doesn't think it needs bearings or anything like that! Also, my brother wants 15psi+ and 11sec passes, so T5 and AU rods are a no go, he needs a T56! either way if its getting pulled down to re ring it, you would have to be crazy if you didnt do the bearings while its apart... |

My brother is listening to my old man for some stupid reason Simply just pull out of it all now before you get too involved, then when the "new" motor has no oil pressure and eats itself out due to no bearings left, you can sit back in a rocking chair smile and say TOLD YA SO!! They start to listen a second time when its gonna cost em again. But to re ring, thw will have to drop the crank and caps. its an absolute given that new bearings go in when they slap it back together. even if they are lazy and don't get a linish on the crank, new bearings will make a world of difference. But yeah some people you just can't tell. Tell em get new bearing and wash your hands of it.
