Ok I know this has been covered a bit but I can't find an exact answer,
One thread said 1/8NPT, then said 1/4NPT, another said 1/4 BSP and 1/8BSP. so much confusion I'm thinking it's 1/8 NPT. because on a thread this guy brought and oil cooler and it had 1/8 NPT fittings. It's for my el btw Also how long do u turbo guys have Ur oil line? On average length. Just gathering my turbo bits

It took my sender to work and measured it etc and it is 1/4 NPT ,
The pressure sender is under the bbm ( inlet manifold) it looks like a black tube and screws into the block.

Most certainly , what is Ur gauge doing?
Reading low then high? Keeps moving ?

I just got the heater tap and a hose fitted, and noticed this issue right after. Thinking they might've knocked a wire off maybe??

It could be high oil pressure, best way to check is take the sender off and fit a gauge on there.
Or check and clean the terminal on the sender
