i think on the EF/ELS OPT36 is the police pack. but im not too sure

opt 20 is the police pack...
email ford with the vin number and they will send u all the info about that car

have u tried that "myford" site the one where you put in your vin number and it tells you all the stuff about your car?

it could be country pack, ie long range fuel tank heavy duty springs etc

the stuff I do know is that it is Police blue, so have the feeling it used to be a cop car, but the speedo has been changed as it doesnt have a police speedo. what else it has I dont know but it sure goes pretty well for a 3.9 mpfi 6cylinder

Column shift right? Then option 36 most probably means that you have a 6 seater car.
