Pulley is usually installed on the pump, but you can get them separate. Repco part number WP3079PRP for EF thru AU OHC 6cyl iirc. I think it retails somewhere around $90-100.

It's just a brand name which I believe was the stock item Ford used. No need for a high flow system, just reliability.

ok i have a new pump here ... do i put gasket goo on both sides of the gasket that i trashed last time ......

are you using a new pump? if so you don't need to really use it. Since you do have the sealant and a new pump, just smear a bit on both sides of the gasket for both gaskets. Also you may need to put some gasket maker on the thread of one of the bolts, because it may leak due to sticking a bit too far in...someone may correct me on that one.
