hi im red p plates with a ford eb series ii 1992 model sedan. Modifcations: Pacemaker extractors 2 and a half inch redback sports exhaust, pod filter, 3.45 lsd diff. somone told me about having 10% power gain for p platers is illegal...Im gaining more then ten percent with the modifications im guessing its defectable? lmfao cant do a bloody thing with cars anymore its unfair..they not even major modifications....

anyone know about this ?

P.S pod filter is covered up with the old filter box cover so is not exposed.

If you are located in NSW as a P plater you are allowed no engine mods, ie extractors, cam, exhaust etc.

it varies on what state your in but ive been told the laws were recently changed and under no circumstances can you do any modifications to gain power under your P's in NSW

with those mods you would have added no more than 15kw so you should still be within the 10% restriction

lmao ive had the stuff on the car ever since my l plates..for like just over a year..thats really really gay lol. i might save up for a xr6 i really dunno why u cant modify ur 148kw falcon with extractors pod sports xhaust lsd. when a xr6 ba has 180kw and p platers drive them like what the hell? my falcon will still be under powered compared to an xr6..the law is retarded..i can see a canary sticking out a mile..only got the stuff done for a nice note not to go out racing lol..

Mods are not illegal, does not make the car unroadworthy, just means it isn't legal for P platers to drive.
