Just put a set of these on my car, and noticed that you can move one of the sets of 3 realtive to the other, they seem to be pivoting where the secondaries join together. Appears to be no cracks in them either. Is this normal, cause it seems a bit weird:P? My old ones had a weld between the 2 blocks of 3 so it was impossible for this to happen

post up a pic, did they miss welding that pipe?
i have seen some 4480s that had cracked the whole way around a pipe... |

They look fine from the outside but i'll try and get an upclose pick. I also noticed that the flanges on the cylinder head section (both sets) aren't even flat, neither is the flange that goes to the cat. (It makes a bit of a flutter sound under load) They're second hand, but i dunno what went wrong when they made these:P

Fair chance as theyre second hand that theyre warped, which it sounds like.
If you can twist them, theyre leaking. If you can hear a 'flutter', theyre leaking. Not really what you want. |

yeh i have the same problem i bought second hand and the flanges are warped,
replaced the gaskets so many times no funny anyways should have my new ones soon and same time a ne cat on as well
