Guys is there a lot of mods that need to be done to the standard cat on an AUII to get the pacie 4499's to fit, can it be done at home or is it best to go to an exhaust shop to get it done?? I have researched it a bit and decided against getting the "high flow" cat as there can be a torque loss in the low RPM range. i have to tools and know how to fit the headers just not sure about whether the stock cat just bolts on or does it have to be modified.
Cheers

it has to be modified im pretty sure, correct me if im wrong,
just look at your pacies and the shape of them and where the 2 bolt flange is, then look at the shape of your standard cat, the bend in it up to the standard headers and where it bolts on to the cat back muffler, it needs to be shortened and have the bend taken out and a normal 2 bolt flange welded onto the header end of the standard cat. good luck
