Bolt looks to be one from the power steer bracket, and the other thing is a support for the BBM.
How big is the bolt?

Bracket looks like the throttle body to manifold/head support. It sits on the side facing the front of the engine and angles forward.

The bolt might be the one that holds the alternator support bracket/pole/stabilizer bar to the head. The pole/stabilizer bar/whatever you call it, goes from the top of the alternator to the head. Only other thing I can think of is water pump bolts...but doubt you removed the water pump...

the bracket bolts on the bottom of the throttlebody just above the air intake temp sender, the other end goes to the top manifold bolt just infront of number 3 injector.
when you put the intake bolts back in, did you notice one was about 5mm longer than the rest? this allows for the width of the bracket.

the other bolt goes in the bottom hole of the power steer bracket, goes through the timing cover and into the block, also goes though the brace from off the top of the alternator .
this bolt leaks oil if you dont put silicon on near the head of the bolt

Brace...that's what it's called.

does the long bolt go on the bottom of this bracket? if so where does the bolt that i have there go?
is the alternator bracket bolted onto the wrong position?

The other end of the brace should be bolted to the top of the alternator I believe, using the alternator bolt. It isn't as long as the on pictured.

Could it be one of the tensioner bolts? I think there are 3 bolts on the belt tensioner.

I'm guessing its a 10mm bolt head?
