Hey i need some help with engine ticking I have a recently rebuilt a ed motor in my ed falcon and i blew the head gasket so my old man changed it himself after putting the head back on he changed the injectors as well and now the is a engine ticking its hard to explain what it sounds like but it sounds like.. a plastic bottle with a few metal balls in it shaking around the sound only occurs when you put your foot down there is no sound at idle or cruising i have been told it could be a tappet/lifter or even the injectors? any idea's?

lifter, PCV Valve, injectors, low oil pressure, that's about all I can think of off the top of my head. If it's just the PCV valve or the injectors I wouldnt even worry about it, but if it's a lifter or low oil pressure u definatley want to look at it.
