You might wanna try to use the Search Function That this site gives. Ive seen alot of POD Install/Upgrade Threads so it might be better for you to look around and get more ideas while your at it.

You could always get an EF or BA box and mod that? I think it will be better aswell, you'll have more room in the air box too. This way you can put a bigger pod.

just get a K&N Panel Filter... works just as good and no horrible sucking sound.

I agree. If you want to fit a better filter inside your existing box, then you should go panel for 2 reasons, - You won't get a pod in a EB box, if you can, i aplaud. - There is no advantage having a pod over a panel.

Personally i've never noticed a difference in performance going to a pod from a good panel. I have a k&n pod inside my EF box now, and noticed no difference to the k&n panel.
Also, i had the same induction noise from my panel.

No increase in airflow its only induction/pod noise you are hearing.. Everyone that has installed a pod did not get an increase in power, IF a pod increased airflow, you SHOULD also get and increase in power. So a pod is there for cosmetic. I have a pod on the EB, but I also have a turbo on the eb.
