only way to fix it properly is to pull the pulley off and replace the seal. Quick fix, I'd say smear a good dose of silicone <--- dodgy mechanic at it's best.

My power steering pump leaks from the back, even after replacing the o ring twice, I decided to use gasket maker. Hasn't leaked for 2 years...

How do you smear sealer on a rotating shaft and expect to achieve anything?

Reseal kit are less then $20, strip it down and replace all the seals.
There are walk throughs on youtube.

I was gunna smear it on the outside of the pump.. I can see it drip a little bit onto the hose .. Not much dripping but still enough to drain the pump dry over a few days

Draining 800ml of fluid in a few days isn't much of a drip????????

Depends where it is leaking. Could be leaking on the casing end and not the rotating shaft...but more than likely, shaft.

Yeah, just rebuild it, do it properly and it will stop it from giving you grief later on. You don't want it to kill your alternator by leaking oil all over it.

Already done that with the old one lol... Lucky it's hitting the hose and not going directly into the alternator since its leaking from the front bottom..second hand s**t lol not spending anymore money on this car ..

Ah, fair enough. I asked the auto sparky that fixed my alternator and he said some people rigged up a tin/plastic guard to stop it throwing oil straight onto the alternator, perhaps you could do that as a cheap alternative?
