Sorry to bother you all with such a trivial question. I just bought an EB 1 and need to change the ps belt. On my xf i just loosed 2 nuts and the pump swung inwards towards the motor. I cant find which nuts to loosen in order to get the old belt off and new on on. Any help for my noobish self is muych appreciated.

You have to loosen the power steering idler pulley. Basically, you've got a small nut in front of a bigger nut on the pulley. The bigger nut needs to be loosened. The smaller nut is what adjust the tension when you put it back. The actual pump itself doesn't need to move.

Yeah, i had troubles with mine when i did my first. I looked at the alternator, and thought it would be the same, so tried undoing the tensioner Once i figured out what needed doing but it was fine.
