Ok here's the scenario (retail prices quoted):
Pacemaker 4480 = $550 fitted
Wildcat = $400 fitted

Now, is there really a $150 difference between the wildcat extractors and the pacemakers?

Yeah I've had the wildcats before and there was nothing wrong with them. The guy at the shop said the pacemakers are considered "top of the range", but the difference is minimal. Wildcat are made by Genie.
Looks like I'll be getting wildcat headers, 2.5" exhaust with straight through muffler, a resonator and dump pipe style tip.

Personally I'd got the Pacemaker! I got comps for $440.00 fitted locally!

I'm running wildcat 21x, $320 installed. kick a** low down torque from 1300 to 4900rpm plus left over cash for JD & a case of CASCADE LAGER. :wink:

Don't get sucked into marketing by the big names, thats what you bay for to recover the cost.

Wildcats are just as good with the right gears.

I agree, I'm running the Wildcat 21X extractors with a 2 1/2" exhaust and cat. Got the auto fairmont station wagon down to 15.9 sec 1/4's.
