hi on my cluster dash, a figure pops up and its like a cylinder with a fan in it i was just wondring what that meant, have a book but my friend has it

low coolant maybe

Sounds, well, looks like the low coolant alert. There is a sensor in the side of the header tank. If coolant drops below this level, the light on the dashboard is triggered.

Check the level of the coolant (dont open the cap when it's hot... green showers await). If the level looks ok, the sensor is probably rooted.. otherwise just top up and see how she goes.
