Depends on Km's.
I just changed mine, 20w50 Valvoline LPG stuff. My car is Dual Fuel, and has done 300,000 odd kms... Does the job, it never burns oil, and pressure is never too high or too low.

i use Vavoline XLD. If you car burns oil and its got 20w50 go up to 25w60, its a bit thicker and will stop oil burn or depending how bad it will reduce it. Its funny how i know that, the other day putting stock back at Safeway(where i work) i saw this 25w60 so i just picked it up and had a read for about 10 mins. Interesting s**t at safeway, just that s**t in the asian food aisle doesn't sound too nice just from the name .
Cheers, change the filter as well |

640,000km's, still running Ford's recomended 15W-40, shows what good services can do! More specifically, I run Penzoil LPG oil for duel fuel, CNG and LPG cars. It's good stuff.
I use Ryco oil filters, K&N, as soon as I get around to finding out the partnumber, change only ever 10,000km's, and it doesn't use that much oil. Tappets sometimes get ticky almost right on 10,000km's though... |

i used to use Penrite HPR30 but recently changed to Penzoil Street Machine 20/50.
Its running well and doesnt tick as much as the Penrite oil. I got 260,000kms. I also use only ford genuine AF1 oil filters. Genuine is always best. |

that's a load in my opinion. 1. they don't make the filters themselves, they contract them out to be made. 2. they more than likely contract them to one of the cheapest bidders, not the bidder with the highest quality. |
