what kinda car you got? just pull the lower radiator hose (its the hose near the radiator, running near the power steering pump) let it drain out, jam a hose in the thermostat housing and overflow tank, till it runs clear. reconnect everything, put new coolant and distilled water in. then run your car with the heat on max for 10 mins without the overflow cap on to get the airout at 2000 rpm. recheck, top up and done. thats the way i do it and it works a charm...

got my water wetter from auto1, its about 29 bucks for a little bottle, does about 15L. enough for the whole system, then get about 12L of distilled water if your doin a full flush, the difference should be fine, cause there is ususally a bit of water left that you cant really get out.
drop the bottom rad hose, and thermostat housing. (manual says flush thu heater hose, but thats a C***) get the garden hose and flush though the radiator, flush down thru block thru thermostat housing, leave the heater tap open before this, and flush the smaller hole in bottom of thermostat housing to. if ya want put it all back togeather and run briefly on that to get it flowing, then drop it and give it a final flush. then ad the water wetter and the distilled water. leave the cap off while it warms up to bleed the air out (leave it till thermostat opens) just a note for those not thinking, dont drop the coolant hot and ad cold water, its a resipie for a warped head
