hey ppl
just wondering if anyone has replaced a pasenger side radiator tank? if so what to watch out for. 96 ef fairmont |

1: First place to break is where the hose attaches too
2: I wouldn't replace a tank. You can purchase new Genuine Radiators for around $200 Stick to copper cores. Adrad (brand) are very good, but no drain plug.

I found on EBII that the passenger side tank was leaking aswell, but was leaking from a pin hole up the top.
I just replaced the unit, figured it wouldn't be that much more expensive and it means a warranty on it, that the core and other side tank are also new. |
