Bout to start collecting parts for my rebuilt on an EL Motor.
Where have people gotten there kits from and how much ???
I can only really "Race Series" kits not a standard kit.
Any help or info would be great !

Shop around for the rebuild kit and try the net it may save you hundreds i just did a rebuild on a 2008 Toyota Hilux yes the fool who owns it ran it bone dry even had bits of piston melted to the side of the wall, but they were quoted $1800 from Toyota here and got one on the net in China for $400 so they saved $1400 and that included shipping it here came with every thing like new pistons, oil pump the lot i was impressed by the cost of it so before you buy here look on the net.

i was wanting to know where ppl recommend getting the "race kits" from, as havent ACL gone out of business? where to now?

They are in receivership, and still trading, but the future of them is unknown, according to their website.

Most auto parts places should list either kits or enough bits to make up a kit. It really depends on what you need to rebuild your engine.
