currently i have extractors, hi flow cat, and front part of muffler redback muffler and the tail pipe is just stock.

i was wondering whether it would be worth replacing the stock muffler with the redback muffler (hence having a fulll redback system).
i was thinking that it should make a difference as i have already upgraded everything ar the tail pipe (acutally if u remember i had to put it on for EPA :( )

but would it be worth the $100? and how much different note is there from the stock muffler tail pipe to the redback one (like how much difference is there between the tail pipes)? and much difference in performance?

cheers guys

EDIT: who has a lukey system... also what are some other zorsts going around?

yesterday i fitted a 2.5 inch redback from the cat back to my 4.0l eb, it only runs the one muffler and the tail pipe is straght through, sounds great under exeleration and fairly quiet at cruise(which i like), i didnt notice a power gain, but the motor is stock.

a mate of mine had a cat back red back system on his car. sounded ok, was pretty quiet though so he took it off a week later.
it had the single muffler and a resonator on the back.

well my mates with the single muffler and the resonator passed an epa test, thats how quiet it was.

so you'd want to be getting a similar set up to efbigniks.

maybe just the single muffler and no resonator on the back, could be a bit droney though

acceleration

just stick with what you got until exhaust decides to s**t itself and then get a whole new cat back?

i already got half of a redback system ... from the cat its a redback muffler then the tail pipe is stock.

mmmmm decisions decisions.. its not about the performance cos i dont think it would make much difference... but sound.... i think itll be good to get it... SHOULD HAVE GOT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF THE f**k HOTDOG :(
