hey guys i found out wot i think is the prob, (lean misfire) my injector number 6 is leaking fuel and the injector it self is all covered in fuel...its leaking fuel onto the air intake manifold on pipe number 6 and the actuall injector is crusty with fuel...this is most likely the cause? wot can be the prob? its obviously a air leak? possibly the o ring stuffed or something? ill have to get em checked out

Hi guys,

Try replacing the throttle position sensor and check the crank angle sensor connector, it may have some moisture in it.

hey i left it in 1st the other day and drove round in a striaght line slowly accelerating, then i booted it after about 30 seconds in 1st gear and it did it, so it must be a overfueling or something problem!??

I have the same problem with the AU VCT mtr. If I leave it in to change its self it does not do it but some performance is lost because it won't rev up enough . Holding the gears to change manually if shakes & drops of in power as I move the shifter between 1st, 2nd & 3rd then powers up again
I've had the auto serviced & it is OK. So I would say the cutout on the ECU would be the problem. It probley could be fixed it some type of chip.

For the sake of spending any more money on it why not take it to a dyno and check out air/fuel. Even if it doesn't show anything you will have at least eliminated the fuel system.
