EF/EL pumps don'tt have bearings, just a long metal bush pressed into the housing - if you're sure it's the p/s pump making the noise (and not the water pump) then get a reco changeover.

i got to do mine but i didnt think they were bout 100$. If u get it from the wrecker how are you going to know if that one is going to be ok? Like i dont want to spend hours putting a new one in and find out its F**k

If you are removing it from a donor car (Pick-a-Part) check for obvious signs of leakage (more common than worn bushes) both around the pump shaft and surrounding engine bay, and check the shaft for any sideways movment (a little in/out is OK).
If the pump has already been removed it's unlikely that the wrecker will sell it to you in a leaking/worn condition knowing that they have to give you a warranty (no warranty = go elsewhere!).
