I'm sure this has been asked on here before but I couldn't find it in any searches.

Can someone please give me some help for this or redirect me to an existing forum that explains it.

Pretty much the same as changing plugs on just about any car.........

1) Remove plug lead.
2) Undo Spark Plug and remove.
3) Take new plug from the box.
4) Set the gap to the require setting.
5) Srew plug into the Spark Plug hole by hand.
6) Nip up the plug using the correct plug socket. NIP to not tighten down as if is a suspension bolt.
7) Refit plug lead.
8) Repeat untill all 6 plugs are done.

Not hidden away at all, one of the easiest cars ever to change plugs on. They're all in a row down the side, just above the exhaust manifold.
