with a btr get some 4.11 dif gears as the btr has very high gears.
or get a t5. and i dont think you will beat a xr6 turbo. no if the person in the other car cant drive then you may win. when i got my P's i race my mate who was in his dads ba xr8 and walked all over him but he cant drive a he bogged down and cant shift well. (this was on a private road) Last edited by big dell on Thu Jan 28, 2010 10:36 pm, edited 1 time in total. |

What interests me is that you make all these claims but you have no idea what is done to the head, ie porting, Valves, springs etc and you don't know what model Crow cam you have. You claim 0 - 100km/h of 6 secs but you have a stock BTR 4 speed auto with the tallest first gear in the world and 3:45 diff. Post up some sheets to back you claims, ie Dyno sheets, 1/4 mile times until then its all mouth.
And beat an XR6T with 150RWKW, that will be interesting. By the way, why people have mentioned about racing on Private roads is that street racing is illegal in all states and will see you car impounded if you are lucky not to killl someone and don't start telling me how well you can drive, you are 17 years old, be sensible, learn how to control a car and live to a old age so you can continue to enjoy cars. |

Hi there people, did you get the cam timing adjusted after the head was shaved i spoke to the owner of crow about a month ago and he said every time the head gets machined it throws cam timing out by as much as 7 degs and thats were people go wrong, there can be a fair power gain with the right setup most people just set it back to where it was before the head come off.
