Ride: EF 5 speed

hi all, i got a EF 5 speed and when i change gears the revs stay up and come down really slowly. what do i gotta do to fix this? do i need a new idle speed sensor on the throttle body?

Dont need a new ISC, its programmed into the ECU to do that. To fix it, disconnect the ISC and bump up your base idle.

I've done that on my EL 5 speed.
