hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone knows of rims that are interchangeable with pre au?
iv heard 300c and 5 series bmw will fit but i dont know if i'd need spacers ?
any ideas would be great, cheers.

i would be mindfull of load ratings comming from the vehicles you mentioned.
hub adaptors change offset ,so if the donor wheels had same pcd stud pattern .
you could in theory get hub adaptors to change the offset to suit your needs.

thanks guys, iv found a set of fpv dark argents 19x8s for $1400 without tyres
do you think they are worth that much as they are copys ??

I've seen HQ-ish Kingswood wheels advertised as also suitable for Pre AU. Got me thinking...

Maybe someone can shed some light here?

Hi,

Wheels that are a common swap are Toyota, Valiant and some Mitsubishi. Lada will not fit. 5 stud, but a bigger diameter stud circle. They are the same pattern as F100, Suzuki and Daihatsu. HQ, no. Back in the 70's 12 slotters where made with both Holden and Ford 5 stud holes, and the center caps hid them.

Early Falcon wheels wont fit either, the hole was not large enough to fit over later model front hubs.

I thought the new hubs were smaller so you can't run pre au wheels on older cars
