sorry for starting this but, im bout to pick up my polished rocker cover tommoro, just wondering, do i need a torque wrench to do them up or is it just simple as do them up firm and tight with a normal wrench also no i need to put new bolts back on or can i use the orignal ones off my car

how tight should i do it up, so it does move and more, or just tight enuff,

Just do it sensibly tight.
