Possibly your ISC which is bolted on top of the throttle body, take it off and spray with brake clean or crc to free it up as they get stuck from time to time which can make for a rough idle

if its a bad vibration, i'd say intake gasket. ISC issues will cause fluctuations in speed more than a vibration, unless it is abnormally low

Does it sit at low rev's? Or does it fluctuate causing the rough idle?
I had the same problem with my EB until it didnt hold rev's at all but a twist of the tension screw fixed it all up

it sits round 600rpm to 700rpm. ill try the cleaning the ISC. if that dont work ill replace intake gasket.

A bad idle can be cause from a few things from a dirty throttle body or a loose vac hose or something dumb like that. If it was me I would let it idle and pop ya head under bonnet to see or hear anything out of the ordinary...

like hissing, then look for vac leaks or intake gasket

ticking injectors yes, ticking lifters no

get a length of hose and stick one end in your ear and run the other along the gasket to see if you hear a slightly more distinct hissing

my wagon was doing the same took it to the mechanic he put 2 different computers in it then it got sent to the local ford dealership turned out to be a blocked injector. the idle you are describing is the exact same as what mine was doing.
