I ended up taking off my front bumper bar as I'm respraying my car, but now its off I have another problem!
The power steering line in front of the radiator is rusted as hell... but its only from where the line exits in front of the radiator back into the front of the radiator. Does anybody know what causes this, or is there an easy way to fix it? Do I need to buy a new line?

Maybe the paint got just sand or salt blasted off enough to let the surface rust get a grip. Rub it back, prime it and paint it, if there is no obvious damage under the crap. If it's got serious pitting replace it. Only you will know when you sand it back to shiny metal.

Replace it with a small tranny cooler, it'll work better anyway.
