does anyone know how many rwkws a xr6 el had from factory and the quarter mile time for auto.i cant find an article on them on anywhere.
its 164kws at the fly stock but i dont remeber the percentage you lose through the drivetrain i think its 33% but please correct me if im wrong. thanx |

yeh aprox 30% for auto
and 20% for manual (only aprox..) each can be different... i think youd get high 15's - 16's... i cant remember..

Theres no definite percentage of loss. Depends on dyno, engine condition, tranny condition, temperature, etc. etc. Too many variables to determine.
From memory, a 164fwkw rating should be 100-110rwkw?? Or is it 90-100rwkw?? One of them lol.

I've seen a few mates EL and EF XR6's getting around the 118-126rwkw mark, with exhaust and extractors. They were manuals though.
I'd expect about 110rwkw from a bog stock auto, 120rwkw as an average for one with exhaust and extractors. Stock, i owuld expect high 15's or low 16's out of one. |
