Has anyone used the Ryco Z9HE Oil filter before :?: is it any better for flow wise to cylinder head?

I use Motorcraft oil filters. They have bigger holes than the Z9 Ryco.

thanks cjh! after seeing the size difference I think motorcraft is the way to go for better flow

That's alright......no bullsh!t from this end....Life's complicated enough as it is without adding to it.

I buy them by the box of 10....about $5.50 each like that.

Personally i think the Z9HE is a tarted up Z9 to pull in customers at Supercheap Auto, which AFAIK is the only place that keeps them.

I only use AFL1's in my falcons, anything ive bought that has a Repco/Silverline/Valvoline/AC Delco oil filter on, i will chuck it as far as i can, even if it was just put on.

D9AZ 6731 A, that is the filter to get, if your dealer doesn't have one, ask them to get from Melbourne. It is about the same price as AFL 1MC.

I have always used standard regular Z9's and I have never had a problem with them.

Are they the ones with oval shaped holes, Papa ????

I have a box of them for my drag car, and the other Valiant.....when they're going.... :|
