hey iv been told that my car is ticking due to the shim spacers being to small. it started ticking after i put the new stage 3 crow cam in and hasnt stopped since. iv looked in the manual and have seen that you can get 2.4 shims. would they be my best bet? what has everyone else got? i dont want to get them and find the problem still there because they are $90 a set from ford. cheers

Best trick, befriend a mechanic and then you get trade prices !!!!!!
Its amazing the mark-up on some items, sometimes its over 100%
