reply...

I have a wade 1636 also... Haven't got around to putting it in yet though...

Where did they tell you to dial it in off? Lobe Lift or Valve Lift?

Everyone who I have asked with a cam says they dial them in off Lobe Lift, Wade say theirs is Valve Lift...

Can you let me know where you end up dialling it in off so I can be 100% when I do mine?

As for shims... As far as I know just go to your ford dealer and buy a second set of std shims (this was recommended to me for my wade 1636) and just add them to your already in place set of std shims... So you nd up with two sets of 1.9mm shims installed in each rocker...

One other off topic question, anyone know what the ratio of the rockers are in ED 4.0L overhead gear?

Thanks,
Tim

yeah... I think they aren't cheap... Like 7 bucks each or something bizarre like that... I heard somewhere? Maybe Incorrect... After all they are only a washer looking thing...

Either that or... Go to a wreckers somewhere, or a wrecked car and steal the set out of that...
