I didn't paint them, they came with that blue coating on them...paid $450 new, about 6 yrs ago.
That photo was taken about 1 yr ago.

I am running a ported & polished EA head, with the std EA cam, EA std valve springs & ED rocker gear, std compression ( original bore ), ACL composite head gasket, ED log manifold, 3" pod filter, EA intake hose, Pacie 4480 comps, homemade CAT & twin 2&1/4" exhaust, ICE 7amp ignition box & coil, MSD lead set, and a Moristech piggy back on a std ED ECU.....5sp EA box, 3.27 HD LSD, RPM clutch, 235/60R15 tyres.....makes 193rwhp...run in 4th gear.....was a hot stinking day, 32* and 68% humidity on that run.....waiting for the weather to cool down, rerun it and check AFR's again......was a little rich before.
The bottom line is the torque curve.

CJH: thats awesome power in that heat....im about to get a cyl head ported and polished did you like the gains you got from it worth the money.

KWIKXR: thos extractors look mint with that coating would look real nice when you open the bonnet. nice work.

My Wildcat Extractors, down side was the rust and then fact they are press bent but they sounded nice. They cleaned up well back in the days until the Heatproof paint came off due to not heat proof primer underneath.

I did the work myself, so it only cost me in some consuables, sanding disc's, flapper wheels, etc and getting the seats cut ( 3 angle ) as well as getting the inlet valves backcut.
I'm happy with the gains I have gotten......I'm seeing how far I can go with std stuff......cams, springs, ECU, that sort of thing.......just putting on the easy stuff....3" pod, extractors, exhaust, that sort of thing.
