Pity you don't have any build up pics.
How much of the bulge was actually grafted ? Like was it just the bulge itself or a small section around it as well ?

he cut the whole buldge out of the XC bonnet incl scoops (pretty much the middle of the XC scooop) and then measured and cut out the eb bonnet, welded the buldge n that in and did some other stuff like sanded it down and bogged it n stuff n yea i didnt really watch much of it as i didnt have much faith but he proved me wrong i guess LOL

I'm half half on this one. On some angles it looks tough as, but on others it looks really out of place. But hey i wouldnt be too embarrased with it.
Top job, and he proved you wrong in a big way.

Mate, that is simply GORGEOUS. Love it!!!

I'm serious, there is a bloody HUGE market for aftermarket bonnets for not only Falcons, but stupid Commonwhores as well.

If only someone would take the step and get it all going. s**t, I would LOVE that bonnet (or a BA/BF XR8 / GT bonnet) on my car.

Would be willing to pay good cash for it too...

What does everyone think that one would be worth?

My guess, around 1K...

with the rip off prices charged for body kits/panels...i'm unhappy to say that 1k would be close

Totally ILLEGAL!!!

But Awsome just the same.

Tell your brother to weld the bonnet supports back together as it is illegal to cut a bonnets support beams like he has done on his bonnet. that is the first thing the police will look at when they pull him over to defect the car.
