the drivers side door front lock has been replaced with another lock. since this the remote unlocks the doors but they just unlock then lock striaght away again. ive diconnected battery and tried the reprogam of the remote but it just aint seem to be working. any ideas on wat it could be

i seem to have the same problem with my central locking. if i lock from the passenger side it locks straight back up. can only unlock and lock from the drivers door. would like to see if anyone has any ideas on your problem and maybe its the same on mine.

you've got a faulty door actuator. It will be one of the fronts. Your best bet is to disconnect the suspect actuator and try to lock your doors. If they don't cycle then you've found the faulty one. (disconnected) replace it and all will be ok
