Anyone know if a BA-BF snorkel will fit a EF-EL?

Yes. You just need to drill some new mounting holes. There's a tech doco covering it too I believe.

BA definitely. But you may need to trim the sides a bit to fit the EF/EL rad support. Did the snorkel and airbox change between BA and BF?
You can get the same flow with the EL GT/XR8 snorkel, and that's a straight 2-minute bolt-in. I believe it may even still be available new on eBay or from Frod.

EL GT or even AU XR snorkels will be a straight fit, however I doubt they are available anymore at Ford. I have a BA in my EL and had to do minor adjustments. 2 or 3 of the thermo fan motor support fins need to be cut out completely or just trimmed (I just cut mine out...doesn't cause any harm to the motor or it's ability to hold the fan motor up) and the screws that hold the snorkel to the rad support need to be either re-drilled on the snorkel or drill 2 holes into rad support (making sure not to go through the radiator!). I did the latter and trimmed the snorkel back so that it sits flush with the lip. EDIT: thought I'd post a picture to explain how mine sits on the rad support.
