Ok so at the moment i have a ba xr6 sedan n/a and it has a typhoon lower intake xr6t upper intake and k&n hi flow air filter. So i was wondering if it would be worth replacing the xr6t upper intake with a ss big mouth and then the territory intake pipe to the tb, would it make much difference performance wise? thanks

Stay with the turbo snorkel mate. No point wasting $250 on the Big Mouth when the gains will be only like 2-3hp.

Im actually running the stock snorkel on mine, But i have cut a 3" hole in the RHS of my airbox next to the guard that + bf intake piping and pod in the box definitely made a difference I rekon an aftermarket snorkel would make no difference on mine now.

You could also make some money by selling the K&N filter and going back to a motorcraft paper filter.
It won't cost you any power, but will actually filter the air properly. |

One thing i would like to get is the aluminium ram/scoop thing that ss make to push the air into the snorkel. |
