$400! somebody is making a killing, stainless is not worth that much more than mild steel

I can buy a sheet of 2.4mm stainless sheet 1200mm x 2400mm for $600.

Shop around the the steel suppliers and ask if they have offcuts of 75mm x 1.2mm stainless pipe, you will not pay anymore than $100 if you find the right price. then take that to the exhaust joint and get them to bend it up for you. wont take em long, so by rights they should charge you f**k all to bend it.

I hate how the exhaust joints mark up stainless 200% 300% and expect people to pay for it.

OH MY BLOODY GAWD! That is a shocker. 10 months without even receiving a length of bloody pipe? Glad I got my 1.5mm thick walled 3" pipe for $25 and paid another $15 to get some welds done.

Bugger that, you poor sods...

Find a right angle bend and a straight length of 3", cut it nice and tidy and then get it welded by someone like XR-Lane or whomever will do a mates rates. Looking at it, I should have got some more pipe whilst I had the chance and got the whole thing done rather than have the BA plastic pipe... Still, it works - and was cheap.

Here's mine - Like I said - $40 + about $60 for the BA black plastic bit to the throttle. Have since chopped another few inches off the end so the pod sits higher... Good luck with yours mate --- And for crissakes, kick that Stomper clown in the balls from me next time you see him.

Pretty sure the Difillipo intakes are HPC'd inside and out aswell which would add to the price, but $400 is still fairly expensive when you could an exhaust joint to knock one up for you and then take it somewhere to get HPC'd and probably get that done well under $400. The Difillipo ones are bloody nice looking units nonetheless.

Seems like this Stomper fella f**k a whole lot of people around LOL

Have a talk to pacemaker. They make one for the Saloon cars as an off the shelf item as we all have to run axactly the same one.

I would put a pic up here of the one on my saloon car but not sure how to do it.

If you look up this old ebay listing of mine there is a pic of it.

Hey TROY... The PACEMAKER distributor in your town is NZ
Autobend Ltd
15 Vulcan Place
Christchurch NZ
Phone Freecall 0800 288 623
Fax Freecall 0800 737 979

I've had words with these guys before about a higher performance exhaust as they do the RAGE exhaust line too...

If you can get sense out of them (maybe send them an email with the picture in it) then let me know.
