yeah i suspected maybe ball joints but wasnt too sure.

Yeah nice drawing there.

The bit you were pointing out in the drawing was the Tie rod end although the have small ball joints in them.

The drawing explained what you wanted! but yeah i have the same noise in my front end especially on the drivers side under brakes turning left, im putting it down to the rack pinion, also the struts and bushes on my car i think are worn (clunking on small bumps and fluid leak on drivers side), will be lowering car soon with new struts. if sound is still there i will then know for sure its the rack. will keep ya posted.

ok, Man i replaced that part the "tie rod", and everything is fkn awesome now, feels like new.

All for 40 bucks, for the part.

ITs amazing what 1 part can do to throw the car out.
