considering small supercharger for my au, i have looked into C.A.P.A. STARTING $5500 FOR KITT, would these be best value for money, or is there a cheaper supplier.

Well, if your talking about an Au, Capa's kit goes for $6300 (not sure about labour though) and on 9psi of boost they say it makes 240kw at the engine. Add a decent exhaust system and an interceptor computer and you could wind up with around 270 to 280kw.

You can get rebuilt units from CAPA I believe, might be a better option for you SICKN if your not going for allout power.

Driveline would be ok with one of the stage 1/stage 2 setups. Im running the stage 1 powerdyne kit on stock everything and it's fine.
The 240fwkw quoted assumes a good exhaust. The kits come with a chip to plug into the J3 port of EEC. Driving the car without this chip would guarantee catastrophic engine failure!!! I mean, you could get a blower for cheaper than CAPA from the US - but its the bracket (capa charge $800 if bought sepreately) and pulley setups (about 7-800 i think)... But for $6k or whatever - the kits are complete and can be installed yourself. Seems like pretty good value to me. A basic powerdyne/vortech setup will throw you back in your seat and you will become quite chummy with your local tyre supplier. The dyno figures arent huge but the cars go hard.
