ok so when the car is running a lil cool the clutch works fine but when i drive for a bit she turnes into a real woman and dont work properly, like it feels as tho im not getting full through on the clutch, like its not engauging all the way...
Is there an adjustment i can make coz its starting to s**t me pulling for 2nd when i gotta go and not been able to get it in.

open the bonnet, look to the right of the brake booster, pull the clutch cable,
and tighten up the bolt about 2+½ - 3 turns and give it a whirl. you might have a stretched cable or even a few strands of wire broken or at the worst a fatigued clutch pressure plate. as above... you'll notice a HUGE difference (also adjusts the pedal height)

btw I meant Nut not bolt. Don't go crazy on tightening it... you'll end up pushing the clutch fingers in too far.

Your pedal pad height from the floor should be 137-143mm.
Make sure your throwout bearing has a slight clearance between it and the pressure plate fingers, the bearing's not designed to spin constantly at engine rpm, otherwise it overheats and seizes.
