Pretty sure there was a VC/VH 2.85 ltr (6cyl) and a 1.9 ltr (4cyl) and it barely moved.

I've seen em in the wreckers, they bring a smile of stupidity to my face.

The only thing that changed was the bottom end, the stroke was different but bore size was the same
3.2 stroke-79.4mm
3.9 stroke-99.3mm

apparently FORD built the 3.2 for fuel econemy. problem is that it actully was using just as much fuel as the 3.9 so they ditched it in the series 2 ea

90kw i think, stay away from it i would advise. Getting one of those would be like getting a holden camira.

you don't know much about camira's buddy!!!!!!!!!!!!

A stock 5spd JE Model Camira with the 2l Opal engine, (85kw@5200rpm, 176nm/3200rpm). It will do a quarter mile in a flat 16 sec. I have seen them getting in high 15's with pod and extractors & sports exhaust.

A good 5sp, JE camira with an 85kw opal engine would probably pants most e-series cars on these forums unless they can do the quarter in under 16 sec!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 5spd are geared really well and will nearly pull 100km/hr in 2nd, huge torque steer every time you let them rip through the gears.

Power to weight ratio can sometimes make a small car go very quick!!!!!!!!!!

cheers............

My old Toyota Corona had a 1.9l starfire engine in it. It went ok for what it was but definately was not a powerful motor
