yesterday i was driving along , drove through a around a round-about and there was this car on the left with both doors open and a oncoming car so there was no space to avoid it so i had to brake harshly to avoid mincing some wog c*** into his door and unregrettably some vl or similar decided not to be watching what he was doing and rear ended my ef.
i pulled over lit up a smoke getting ready to see my rear bumper totally rooted and well to my surprise there was a tiny scratch on the left side of the bumper, commie paint on the tow-ball and at that point i turned around to inspect 2 broken headlights a "Snapped" front bumper-bar a punched-in radiator on the commie which looked as if it had been somebody's pride and joy Buy a tow-ball :"D they are fun

yep i always leave mine on. also if someone hits me good itl bend all up underneith the car resulting in a right off meaning i get a payout lol, if i got hit without a towbar chances are it would bend the boot and bumper and they would fix it

they are an s**t parking defender. I know that if im parked in a multi story with end on end spaces, it will 'fend' off s**t parkers before they hit the bumper. Also works with parallel spaces

Hahah this is priceless.....similar story happened to me. I was at the lights and a P plater in a brand new Hyundai getz that wasn't watching smashed on his brakes, wheels locked up and went right up my rear end. Now u can imagine the expression on my face when i have just got my car back from the panel beaters two days ago after a cement truck had reversed into it. Anyways upon inspection of my car i noticed a small bit of red paid paint on the tow ball. The i looked at his car ......................................................................................................................................................his car was basically folded in half. Smashed front bumper and reo....straight through to the radiator which showed a steady stream of coolant dripping onto the road. He only had the car for a week.
So yes tow balls are the best protection for the rear of your car. I was about to mine off a couple of weeks before this as well. PS. Notice the BOLD words....lol haha

I have had a towbar on my ef xr6 since new...to date it does not have one scratch on the rear bumper. The towbar, however, seems to have a different color of paint on it every week.Best option i ever put on the car, and clearly effective against morons that cant park cars for s**t!
