I think it's the 0404 kit you want.

So that's a kit with all the relays, thermo switch and that? Or that's just the kit with a thermo switch? Thanks for the part number though! |

Thanks for the part number though! When I did my EA, the thermo switch was just that nothing more. I don't see why he has used 2 relays. I used just the one for both fans and never had any trouble.

You can also try to get your hand on a Honda or Ford Capri thermostat switch. I know the Capri one plugs straight into the lower thermostat housing (the bleeder valve I assume) and activates at the same operating temperature as the Falcon. The Honda one activates about two degrees earlier, but I think it slots in fine too.
I've got the Capri switch, I just need to figure out how the wiring works! |

I've got the Capri switch, I just need to figure out how the wiring works! Where do you get them from but? I used to have the davies craig kit, but I took it out in favour of running it off the EL computer. But that doesn't work properly. I want to go back to a thermo switch, but not the 'leaky' davies craig pain in the a** (even though I still have it lying around.) So any more info would be great thanks mate. |

the switch is easy just wire it all up and switch the (-)neg wire from the realy so run the (-) from the relay to the switch and from the switch to the motor or body

voxace, try Ford. I think they are pricey but they give you the factory look. I called Repco and they didn't have them.. Got mine from a mate.

If the leak is the only reason you don't like davis craig switch put plenty of selastic around the rubber pad inside the top hose.
