Why did you set the gap on the plug. They are preset for 1.1mm

You didnt modify the gap setting did you?

Otherwise, the plugs could be the only things changed that will cause a problem. You did do them up tight enough? Didn't bump any connectors when you were fixing your other issues? Didnt feel the need to adjust the timing and get it wrong at all?

i didnt reset the gap - i just checked them all to ensure they were set at 1.1mm

no i have not adjusted timing & have checked all connectors / leads

i might put my old plugs back in to see if they make any difference - they were zgr6b's as well and only about 15k's old anyway and looked fine
