G'day, im just wondering what the black knob does on the side of the throttle body???

lol oh good, just got my 3" mandrel bent pipe fitted and wasn't sure if it did anything or not.
Any ideas as to why it is there though? cheers

looks liek a mini angle grinder i reckon, wouldnt it adjust the speed slightly of how fast it idles?
