is there a secret to installing these bearings..?
i can not see how with out destroying a bearing .. ref.. 4.0l - T5 |

The throw out bearing is just held in place by the clutch fork... Here is a picture of the clutch fork (thanks to mitchell g's image) http://www.drivetrain.com/parts_catalog ... l_kit.html and here is the throw out bearing (thanks to sedge25) http://postimage.org/image/f1397wo5z/ the bearing just slides and clips into the centre of the clutch fork. The clutch fork hole has 2 notches which the bearing locks on to. EDIT: pictures didn't work, so just use the link

cheers man .. i worked it out... I was just a bit skeptical on bending the spring clips but now its done ill know next time .. cheers!
